High Speed HDPE Pipe Production Line (20-63mm)

KAIDE factory has focused on plastic pipe extrusion technology for more than 20 years, especially for high speed pipe line and multi-layer pipe line.

This HDPE pipe line are special designed for small diameter HDPE pipes, from 20mm to 63mm, in order to get a high speed of production to increase the production efficiency, reduce production cost, such as labor, electric and water consumption etc.

Features of the pipe line:

1)special designed high efficient five-section type screw and barrel, which are our company independent design with completely independent intellectual property rights. 

2) spiral pressure-storage die head effectively overcomes the instantaneous fluctuation of extrusion pressure, realizing high speed and constant pressure extrusion of materials.

3) The successful application of high speed vacuum calibrating system, is to be optimized and improved of our previous high speed vacuum calibrating system which has already obtained patent protection. The reasonable structure of the calibrating & cooling unit can ensure the high speed pipe forming and high efficient cooling effect.

4) It adopts original imported new generation PLC control system and Multi-point closed-loop control system, which ensure the high speed synchronous control and reliable operating of the whole production line.
